Bilco Classic Series Powder Coated Steel Sided Basement Door Special Order

The Bilco Classic Series Powder Coated Steel Basement Door (also known as cellar doors) allows large items such as a pool table or heavy furniture to be moved into the basement. Bilco doors are designed to be secured directly to masonry areas and should never be installed on pressure treated or cedar treated lumber. These basement doors are easy to operate and feature gas spring lift assist for smooth, easy one-handed operation and prevent doors from slamming shut. The gas spring is located inside the door. When installing, the black end should face up and the silver end face down. Bilco's Classic Series basement doors provide a weathertight seal that repels water, keeps the area dry and free of debris, and keeps ice and snow from sticking. The Powder Coat is a factory-applied polyester resin that provides a lasting, weather-resistant coating with a tough, chip-resistant finish and decorative finish. These items are considered made to order and therefore cannot be returned.
