The consistency is soft and flexible, making it easy to bend. The Kool Seal Storm Patch Premium Wet/Dry Clear Patching Cement is ideal for patching and sealing vents, gutters, skylights, chimneys, and a variety of roof materials. The Kool Seal Storm Patch Premium Wet/Dry Clear Patching Cement has a limited warranty.
