Titanium UDL 25 Synthetic Underlayment

Titanium UDL 25 Synthetic Underlayment is a highly engineered coated woven synthetic material that offers reliable secondary protection under all types of primary sloped roofing material. Unlike felt, its recyclable polyolefin construction doesn't expand or contract and is inert to mold and mildew growth. UDL-25 is 100% synthetic and unlike oil-saturated felt is unaffected by water. It is engineered to lay flat and will not buckle or wrinkle when exposed to temperature and moisture fluctuations on the roof. Unlike oil-saturated felts, Titanium UDL25 Synthetic Roof Underlayment does not dry out, leach oils in the heat, or become stiff, difficult to roll, or crack in the cold. The Titanium Synthetic Underlayment UDL25 can be used as metal underlayment, rubberized asphalt underlayment, and tile roof underlayment.

Titanium UDL25 Synthetic Underlayment is designed for use under; asphalt and synthetic shingles, metal roofing, and cedar shakes. Titanium UDL25 roofing or shingle underlayment must be covered by primary roofing within 180 days of application. Before installing, make sure the deck surface is dry and free of debris. For slopes 2:12 and higher, the UDL25 metal roof underlayment will be laid horizontally (parallel) to the eave with the printed side up. The use of a roofing hammer, hatchet hammer, pneumatic air or gas-driven fastener tool is acceptable. For more directions, please see the Installation Instructions below.
