Tie Down Hatch Mate

The Tie Down Hatch Mate is the first roof hatch system designed to offer universal mounting on either side of interior fixed ladders, requiring just six fasteners for installation. This innovative system features a chain mounted to an actuation pulley, which can be adjusted to accommodate roof heights up to 28 ft. It has a user-friendly design that simplifies operation, a few pulls on the chain unlock and open the upper roof hatch, while several pulls on the opposite side securely close it. For added security, the chain can be placed into the lock mounting bracket and locked with a standard lock and key, ensuring a permanent closure.
