The WD40 Specialist Penetrant is a fast-acting low-odor aerosol formula with capillary action that penetrates deep into crevices and releases frozen, seized or stuck parts and equipment from rust bonds while preventing corrosion and rust from re-forming by leaving behind a protective layer. This low-odor aerosol formula is safe for use on metal, plastic, and rubber parts, and the 8 inch flexible straw that comes with it allows for unlimited access to hard to reach places because it bends and keeps its shape. The Specialist Penetrant is 50 state VOC compliant and works on contact with no prop 65 chemicals in the formula. It is great for use with bolts, chains, locks, nuts, pipe threads, seams, rusted parts, and stuck components.
